​Richard Bonaru Richardson serves as Visual Design Editor of the Friends of San Quentin News. Bonaru was a part of San Quentin News since 2009 until 2021. He has been in every position of the organization including the Editor-in-Chief. He earned his A.A. degree in general studies at Mount Tamalpais College in 2012 and vocation trade as an Offset Press Operator from Robert E. Burton Adult School in 2010. Bonaru is now the Office Manager and COVID Response Assistant at Mount Tamalpais College. Bonaru enjoys bragging about his amazing children, beautiful grandchildren and wonderful wife LaKeesha Richardson.
